    Senior Associate, Strategy and Technology Group

    We are seeking a passionate individual to join Aon Strategy and Technology Group (STG) in Asia Pacific as a Senior Associate (located in Singapore). The role will offer an opportunity to further develop your skills working alongside a diverse and close-knit team.

    This role will provide strategic consulting services to insurance and reinsurance clients to service projects which help them meet their strategic objectives.

    What the day will look like

  • Support Client Leaders in delivering business-focused relationship management and engagement services and in driving long-term initiatives between (re)insurers and the Aon Group
  • Support specific aspects of the client relationship alongside other Aon colleagues
  • Actively contribute to the production of reports, analytical tools and other client deliverables
  • Conduct market research, financial analysis and data modelling to inform strategic recommendations to clients
  • Support the development and implementation of strategic recommendations
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to clients, at every level of the organization
  • Develop your internal network to connect with Aon's market practitioners as required by client-focused activity and Aon United initiatives
  • Support sales efforts by conducting research on various markets and players and by preparing sales pitches

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

    Demonstrating a track record of success, you will be curious, keen to learn and eager to challenge the status-quo with fact-based recommendations.

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience working in (re)insurance or financial services.
  • Interested in the insurance industry, its challenges, and evolutions
  • Able to build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Good communication and engagement skills
  • Good autonomy and organization
  • Able to act with conviction and be a people-influencer with both managers and operational teams
  • At ease with analyzing large / complex data sets and distilling useful insights from them
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Graduate degree in business, finance or equivalent
  • Experience working in management consulting, (re)insurance or financial services will be viewed advantageously.
