Primary:

Production support
Problem resolution
Client communication
Critical situation and escalation management
Coordination with the development team for patch / build upgradation
Handling Product Upgrades (Major as well as minor)
Resolve incidents and service requests.
Analyse Incidents/issues and identify root causes.
Document the root cause analysis (RCA) and provide the recommendation and solution.
Implement fixes based on root cause analysis (RCA).
Error logging, Query resolution, troubleshooting, bug fix, SLA achievement.
Demonstrate the ability to present information clearly, concisely, and accurately.
Communicate directly, openly, honestly and respectfully.
Confront issues openly and quickly, and tactfully communicate sensitive information.
Work in a highly collaborative environment
Flexibility, relationship building, communication skills and time management.
Work closely with Tech Lead, Project Manager and other leaders to deliver initiative and support project costing with their assumptions.
Provide support in performance testing using JMeter. The task includes gathering and documentation of the business/functional scenarios, and developing test plans, test scripts and reports.
Develop scenariobased testing for the JMeter scripts.
Create, schedule, and run the business scenarios using JMeter and generate necessary graphs for the report.

Additional/Secondary:

Technical documentation
Involved in minor coding, development work on specific features and functions.
Assist in system setup, deployments, configuration etc.
Involved with IT Security, Vulnerability Assessment, OS hardening, encryption, IPsec and SSL, VPN technologies.
Perform OS, DB and network hardening based on policy and guidelines. Responsible for security remediation and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

NET programming

Skillsets:
- .NET Framework 4.5 and above

ASP.NET Web API (RESTful service).
HTML5, jQuery, CSS, Bootstrap
Experience in MS SQL Server
C# Database Programming with ADO.NET, ODP.NET, Entity Framework, LINQ
Windows Service
Window Communication Foundation (WCF)
Unit Testing Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Documentation Skills
Selfstarter, quick learner, ability to work independently.
Experience with Threat and Vulnerability Programs, IT Security Risk Programs, Risk Automation & Remediation Programs and Quality Management.
Experience in Application Security, Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration Testing, Risk Assessment, Risk Management, Incident Management and Cyber Security analysis. Experience in Identity and Access Management, Firewall remediation, Application Vulnerability hardening, Server Vulnerability hardening, Active Directory hardening and Data Migration Management.
