As a Legal Counsel, you will provide legal advice to business units within Consumer Business Segment of Singtel on business projects and draft/review a wide variety of contracts, particularly pertaining to the Postpaid Mobile business that serves individual consumer customers and small/medium enterprises.

Contracts include collaboration agreements, licensing agreements, services and reseller agreements, marketing agreements and customer terms.

Scope also includes drafting MOUs, reviewing requests for proposals, research on new and existing laws, liaising with external counsel where required, and assisting with responding to customer complaints and queries.

Make an Impact by:

Provide accurate, prompt, and robust legal advice to the business units, acting always in a proactive manner. Combination between advisory and transactional work.
Draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of contracts, with a particular focus on contracts related to the digital and telco space. Experience working in a consumercentric business is an added advantage.
Provide legal education and training to the business units. Interest in digitalization, technology and AI tools. Support contract lifecycle management tool and other tools for organization, including maintaining T&Cs database.
Work collaboratively with other stakeholders within Singtel to ensure internal policy and corporate governance is adhered to.
Possess excellent client relationship skills with keen interest in learning and understanding the business, its strategy, drivers and the operations.
Being a team player, and willingness to explore and learn new skillsets.
