Responsibilities:


  • Support New machines set up at customer sites
  • Manage the internal service buy off for new machines
  • Liaise with customers on field issues and inquiries
  • Provide support to country/onsite FSE
  • Drive for machine improvements with engineering team
  • Need to handle multi Product Type
  • Knowledge in EOL Process

Requirements:


  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in handling automated machines
  • Able to understand electrical and Pneumatic diagram
  • Knowledge in EOL Process
  • Good in communication skill and prepare technical reports
  • Willing to travel to WW customers' sites within short notice.
