Customer Service Engineer - Singapore - ASMPT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.
Description
Responsibilities:
- Support New machines set up at customer sites
- Manage the internal service buy off for new machines
- Liaise with customers on field issues and inquiries
- Provide support to country/onsite FSE
- Drive for machine improvements with engineering team
- Need to handle multi Product Type
- Knowledge in EOL Process
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in handling automated machines
- Able to understand electrical and Pneumatic diagram
- Knowledge in EOL Process
- Good in communication skill and prepare technical reports
- Willing to travel to WW customers' sites within short notice.
