**Job Roles and Responsibilities

Leadership and Vision:Lead the centre with a clear vision and positive culture.
Develop and execute strategies aligned with centre's goals.
Ensure compliance with regulations and operational standards.

Support curriculum development and effective teaching.
Monitor and enhance educational quality.

Family Engagement:Build strong parent relationships and address concerns.
Organize events to involve parents in children's education.

Conduct evaluations and provide feedback.

Operational Management:Manage budgets, resources, and administrative tasks.

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership (ADECL)
  • Previous leadership experience in early childhood education.
  • Familiarity with SPARK is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and team leadership skills.
  • Deep understanding of early childhood pedagogy and regulations.
