• Meeting planned sales goals.
• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
• Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
• Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
• The ongoing training of your salespeople.
• Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling and product knowledge education.
• Promoting the organization and products.
• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
• Need to liaise with SIM card supplier (Singtel, Starhub, M1, etc.)
• Knowledge on IMDA Rules on Telecom regulations

• Must be qualified at least minimum diploma, able to talk to tackle customers is foremost qualification
• Must have 5 years of experience in Mobile & others electronics accessories sales as sales manager
• Must have 3 years customer handling experience in mobile and/or electronics accessories sales marketing
• Experience in SIM card registration & activation
• Experience in mobile phone card top ups
• Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
• Experience in customer relationship management.
• Experience managing and directing a sales team.
• Must be qualified at least minimum diploma, able to talk to tackle customers is foremost qualification
• Based on the crowed condition need to carry out the onsite sales job too
• Able to handle customers under pressure while doing sales
• Willing to work in weekends and public holidays
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills. Conversant in Tamil is a plus, in view of the need to coordinate with customers (migrant workers)
