Description
Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
- The ongoing training of your salespeople.
- Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling and product knowledge education.
- Promoting the organization and products.
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
- Need to liaise with SIM card supplier (Singtel, Starhub, M1, etc.)
- Knowledge on IMDA Rules on Telecom regulations
Requirements:
- Must be qualified at least minimum diploma, able to talk to tackle customers is foremost qualification
- Must have 5 years of experience in Mobile & others electronics accessories sales as sales manager
- Must have 3 years customer handling experience in mobile and/or electronics accessories sales marketing
- Experience in SIM card registration & activation
- Experience in mobile phone card top ups
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Experience managing and directing a sales team.
- Must be qualified at least minimum diploma, able to talk to tackle customers is foremost qualification
- Based on the crowed condition need to carry out the onsite sales job too
- Able to handle customers under pressure while doing sales
- Willing to work in weekends and public holidays
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills. Conversant in Tamil is a plus, in view of the need to coordinate with customers (migrant workers)
