Roles & Responsibilities

Position: Contract to Perm Patient Service Officer (6-month contract)

Location: Ang Mo Kio Central – Family Medicine Clinic

Salary: Up to $2500 (Maximum)

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 0800 – 1700
• Saturday: days per week)

Responsibilities:

• Handle frontline operations including registration, appointment scheduling, referral booking, medication dispensing, and cashier duties.
• Attend to walk-in patients and answer phone enquiries.
• Perform chaperon activities and assist in explaining procedures to patients.
• Support doctors with language translation when necessary.
• Maintain patients' records accurately and manage drug inventory.
• Ensure cleanliness and positive image of the clinic facility.
• Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and conduct routine checks/audits within the clinic.
• Manage daily operations and compile patient management indicators.
• Assist in the submission of medical reports and claims (TPA/CHAS/Medisave).
• Provide coverage at other facilities when required due to staffing shortages.
