Description

• Helpdesk and Remote Support of
  Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Formerly known as NAV) for Financials, Distribution, Manufacturing and Warehousing and Sales Hub
  (Formerly known as CRM):
• Liaise with Technical Consultant on issues with customizations / company addons
• Liaise with Principal (Microsoft) on issues with software
• Introduce/Recommend addons / change requests to customer to help them in their daily work or resolve their issue

• Detailed Knowledge of Entry of Mid Tier ERP/CRM Solution
• Business Central will be a major plus, D365 Sales Hub will be a major plus, but not required
• Possess Good Accounting and business workflow knowledge and/or IT database knowledge
• Able to work in an organized manner, following company SOP
• Good listening skills
• Love Technology
• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or IT
