What will you do


The Integrated Business Planning Senior Manager, APAC is responsible for planning as one of the critical foundational pillars identified by Kenvue Supply Chain strategy that is essential to building the world's best supply chain.

Planning forms a pivotal role in the synchronization of our E2E Supply Chain to meet our customer demands efficiently and effectively as well as improving our cashflow through optimizing our working Capital.

At the same time, we need to ensure that we are anticipating the future trends and disrupters and building capabilities to leverage and take advantage of these being agile enough to ensure we adapt and use this as a competitive advantage.


Part of the APAC Consumer Health Supply Chain team, the IBP Manager is a strong influencing and leadership role, ensuring implementation and embedding of the Integrated Planning process from design to implementation according to standard IBP industry practice.

In this role, you will support and work together with the IBP Lead Director in both managing an operational side (by facilitating specific meetings such as eS&OP) but as well work as an advisor, and a process custodian for the entire Region liaising closely with our Global guidelines.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reporting to IBP Lead Director, support all aspects of implementing Integrated Business Planning (IBP) within the Region, and the Clusters/Markets supported by the Global team.
  • Document and standardize of IBP process, systems and reports by utilizing Global standard processes and following proven templates.
  • Actively participates and keep the momentum going with the teams through all relevant aspects of IBP implementation in the Region at all levels, including assessment, education sessions, design workshops, implementation sessions, continuous improvement, relying upon support from Global COE.
Some of the deliverables includes but are not limited to:


  • Ensures that IBP Design is aligned to deliver the Business Strategies, Desired Business Outcomes and imperatives
  • Identify process gap, provide appropriate feedback, coaching, direction and guidance for the IBP Review Teams, through observation and participation in multiple monthly cycles of each IBP process.
  • Prepare and facilitates the regional eS&OP on an ongoing basis, led by the Company Group Chair. Participates to other forums.
  • Implements agreed and necessary metrics, scorecards and KPI's to ensure success tracking for each IBP review step, including process measures and output measures.
  • Work with multifunction (including data analytics, demand and supply planning, finance, sales and marketing) to collect, analyse, and present data/business metrics that support optimal decision making by the leadership team
Qualifications


What we are looking for

QUALIFICATIONS

  • University Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Min 1012 years total of which at least few years of IBP/S&OP experience with an in depth understanding of the IBP concept, roll out methods and the change management involved.
  • In depth knowledge of Supply and Demand Planning methods including the components of Demand and the factors influencing it.
  • Has strong business acumen understanding of business dynamics and knowledge of P&L set up (revenue/margin/ cost drivers) within Consumer business and their interdependencies.
  • Experience as a team leader, business influencer and good communicator having worked in a matrix environment.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to generate high quality documents/ presentations/ templates and to interact with leadership team.
  • Can work independently and highly accountable.
  • Able to perceive and understand the "big picture" concept and break down into the detailed level for execution at the same time
