Description

We are seeking two junior Regulatory Compliance Analysts to join the Compliance team of a leading payments platform.

As a member of the Regulatory Compliance team, you will play a supporting role in ensuring that the platform operates in compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.

You will be responsible for assisting with various aspects of regulatory compliance, including MPI Licensing, Payment Service Act compliance, assurance activities, and regulatory testing.

You should have 3-6 years of experience, ideally with 2+ years covering regulatory compliance within the financial industry (either in-house or from audit or consulting), with a good foundational understanding of the regulatory landscape in Singapore.

You will:

Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations
Work with the business to identify and manage regulatory risk.
Assess risk when business decisions are made.
Develop and implement organizational policies, standards and procedures.
Develop, implement, and execute compliance testing, continuous assurance, and reporting of testing reviews.
Coordinate with business to address control weaknesses, including to design and implement new controls to address issues.
Ensure AML/CFT program is in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Conduct training to improve awareness of regulatory requirements and company policies.
Manage regulatory requests and inform senior management of significant compliance matters.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or a related field.
General knowledge of regulatory frameworks and requirements in Singapore.
Good understanding of compliance controls, risk management principles, and internal audit processes.

Salary guide:

Base salary of $4,500 $7,600 per month, depending on experience.
