Customer Service Cum Admin
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with external stakeholders for delivery orders
- Call customers to arrange for the delivery of goods
- Receive callbacks from customers and deal with any customer queries
- Check on status of parcels using internal operation backend system
- Handle payment from suppliers and vendors
- Manage any payment issues with external stakeholders
Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma qualification is preferred
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
- Able to work in a warehouse environment (will be based in office)
- Able to multitask and a good team player
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarinspeaking associates and customers
Working Hours:
- 5.5 days per week (Alternate Saturdays)
- 9am to 6pm
Salary:
$2, $2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Weekend availability
Education:
- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)
