- Be responsible for training design & delivery of SPX Express.
- Be responsible for designing training roadmap and developing training framework for positions based on competency framework.
- Coordinate with HRBPs, Head of Departments and specific managers to implement necessary training solutions to enhance productivity.
- Ensure training activities are implemented according to Training Quality Standards and propose methods to improve training quality.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the entire training activities to ensure that they are meeting the requirements of the business.
- Join field work to understand the business and gain more insights for training.
- Support activities aimed at improving workforce performance and carry out other tasks as assigned by the line manager. Requirements:
- BA degree in relevant fields.
- At least 04 years experience in related roles;
- Proactive attitude and energetic outlook;
- Strong interpersonal & logical thinking skills;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and English (reading & writting);
- Good knowledge of soft-skills topics (communications, time management) and HR-related regulations is preferred.
- Professional certificates in training: Train The Trainer, Coaching, Mentoring is a plus
- Willing to travel.
