About the Job

Before you go further, ask yourself if you're someone who is passionate about youths, education, and Singapore. Think Tank Studio is an independent creative content studio that prides ourselves in helping youths make better sense of our complex world.

As a Marketing intern, you will directly support the branding, marketing, and end-to-end engagement efforts across the various magazines we publish. You will also work closely with the team to strengthen the marketing capabilities of Think Tank Studio.

The ideal candidate we're looking for is a self-starter who is proactive, can independently manage digital marketing campaigns and possesses a good understanding of social media platforms and SEO marketing. Our daily grind is full of creativity, conversations, and the occasional dash of chaos.

Key Responsibilities

Branding

• Support the creation of a brand strategy for the company and in-house magazines
• Research and test user response to the brand identity of the magazines
• Manage the existing magazines' e-commerce websites: ensure information is accurate and updated and co-create content and copies for the websites

Marketing

• Support end-to-end marketing strategies for the magazines that drive reach and awareness into conversion and engagement
• Research and conceptualise marketing campaigns and social media assets to generate sales for the magazines
• Independently execute campaigns and activities which includes copywriting for marketing campaigns
• Utilize designs to convey effective messages to audiences to achieve business goals
• Execute roadshows and booths to create brand awareness and sales of magazine

Qualifications

• Native level written and spoken English.
• Excellent writing, proofreading, and critical thinking skills.
• Problem solver with strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to take ownership and demonstrate initiative related to improving branding and marketing for Think Tank Studio.

Team Structure: The Marketing Intern will work under the direct supervision of the Business Development Lead as part of the Marketing unit.
