Description
An Executive in the Motor &Engineering team is expected to assist with a standard quotation and engage with customers (internal & external) to build relationships and deliver a positive customer experience to clients as well as assist the Assistant Manager/Manager with other daily duties.
Responsibilities & Duties
Ø Interacting with colleagues from all departments in work related
Ø Must be familiarize with all types of endorsements (Cancellation/Addition/Deletion on different kinds of risks)
Ø Must be hands-on with all types of e-portal system from various insurers.
Ø Providing information to customers in response to customer inquiries on products/services, converting a high percentage to new sales opportunities
Ø Analysing customer inquiries by providing information on products/services
Ø Following up with insurer to confirm terms of negotiated contract are met.
Ø Have excellent customer service skills, internal and external.
Ø Provide proactive day-to-day client service by anticipating client needs and responding to client questions and issues in a timely manner.
Ø Able to handle new & renewal cases to ensure the secure / lapses rate is met.
Ø Can adapt to and embrace change
Performing other related duties as assigned
