Responsibilities:


  • An integral role in fulfilling the Human Resource Functions and staffing needs of clients.
  • Handle full spectrum of recruitment and talent acquisition matters
  • Developing new sources of business and relationship management with existing accounts.
  • To achieve individual and company's sales targets

Requirements:


  • Minimum degree holder
  • Minimum 23 years sales experience in Singapore
  • With experience in recruitment industry will be an advantage
- self driven and aggressive

  • Strong passion for recruitment and people oriented
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • CEI certified would be an advantage
- sales lead given and full training will be provided


Remuneration:

  • Basic Salary: $2,700 (Ave: $4,000 and above)
  • 5.5 days work week
  • Working hours: 9am 6pm (Mon-Fri) 9am 1pm (Sat)
  • Transport allowance
  • Entitled for 7 days AL and 14 days ML
  • Company incentive trip
