Job Summary

Assist with all quality assurance matters in QA Department.

Job Responsibility

1. Responsible for inspection, testing and release of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods to ensure they meet technical specifications
2. Receive, label and store samples with relevant safety & hazard information.
3. Assist in the formulating and implementing of corporate QA systems, programs and activities
4. Assist in creating of Product Worksheet (PWS) in company SAP system for production.
5. Provide Quality Engineering support to Technical for new product development, product modification.
6. Coordinate First Batch Production Trial (FBPT) meeting and supervise first batch production
7. Assist in evaluating of production capabilities and recommends improvements
8. Assist to investigate and troubleshooting any paint quality complaints raised
9. Review batch and quality records for improvement
10. Responsible for the accuracy, integrity and reliability of laboratory test results generated.
11. Performs regular maintenance and calibration of lab equipment to ensure product testing is validated
12. 12. Execute all duties faithfully and responsibly in accordance to written procedures and to immediately report all observations of Quality and Safety non-conformances.
13. Provides support and assistance in all internal & external audits.
14. Ensure the workplace 5S, safety and security compliance to safety regulations and company's safety standards.
15. Perform and assume other duties and responsibilities as may be required by the QA Manager
