Job description:

The Draftsperson will integrate an experienced Team of Engineers/ drafter specialised in Civil Engineering and bridge construction works.

Within this team, his role will mainly be to produce drawings and 3D models of various equipments required for construction.

In addition, the role offer a large variety of tasks as analysis / summarising of incoming drawings, construction preparation drawings (lifting plans, sequence drawings ), detailing of steel structure

Assignment

The Draftsperson is assigned to Technical Centre Singapore (TC SG)
The Draftsperson reports to the Department Manager of TC SG
The Draftsperson is based in Singapore
The Draftsperson will mainly work in Singapore

Experience and skills requirements
Good Experience in AutoCAD design software required

Good experience in 3D design software required (Inventor or Solidworks or equivalent)

Good communication and team spririt.

Experienced in production of structural steel drawings

Responsibilities
Following Engineer instruction / guidelines to create various technical documents ( drawings, table, models)

Prepare sketches and detailed work with AutoCAD design software and / or Inventor.

Create, review and modify CAD drawings based on project requirements

Understands the time frame (deadlines), monitors progress and inform on changes.

Manages his/ her drafting work with regards to quality, schedule and man-hours spent.

Identify, communicate, and seeks advice from senior staff of potential design problems that he/ she cannot solve problem on her/ his own.
