    In this role, you will play a pivotal role in increasing the company's reach within the Agribusiness sector.
    Location
    • Singapore/AustraliaBasic Function
    • Oversee existing and develop new business in Southeast Asia and Oceania.
    Foster relationships with suppliers and customers, aligning with regional strategy for long-term success.
    Role and Responsibilities
    • Manage P&L for Asia TPP business.
    • Provide daily market intelligence on buyer demand, pricing, and competitor activity.
    • Source products from China/Asia for global distribution.
    • Drive regional sales and forecast planning.
    • Coordinate with cross functional teams for efficient processes.
    • Align activities with global management to implement company strategy.
    • Define commercial processes for efficient order processing.
    • Establish the company a quality producer and preferred partner.
    • Key contact for regional team, including training and development.
    • Support formulation and execution of sales strategies.
    • Track regional regulations and legislation.
    • Drive business, customer, and market development for regional growth.
    • Adhere to procedures, values, and cultureSkills and Experience
    • Minimum 5 years in the fertilizer industry.
    • Knowledge of key Asian fertilizer players in Asia/Oceania.
    • Ability to represent and embody Fertiglobe's values.
    • Energetic, ambitious, and solution oriented.
    • Curiosity to understand business dynamics.
    • Strong communication skills (English proficiency, Asian language a plus).
