- Manage clinical feedback to ensure prompt resolution.
- Coordinate investigations and ensure accurate information collation.
- Manage claims process and coordinate medical malpractice coverage.
- Collaborate with departments to prioritize and manage risks.
- Support implementation of risk management plans.
- Assist in capability building and training efforts in the areas of conflict resolution, clinical risk management and patient safety.
- Provide secretariat support for steering committees or Quality Assurance Committees.
- Participate in projects and events.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably 2 years of relevant experience in feedback or risk management, healthcare, or similar industry.
- Training will be provided for candidates without prior working experience.
- Strong planning, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Meticulous, proactive, and independent.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
