About the Department

The Retail function offers tailored financial solutions for Personal and Business Banking customers, helping them manage their finances wisely and achieve their financial goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Review and assess customers' Housing Loans accounts
• Prepare and input customers' Housing Loans repricing for Credit Approval
• Prepare and verify customers' repricing Letter of Offers
• Follow-up on repricing post-approval and customers' letter of offer modifications
• Conduct customer loan redemption interviews
• Outbound tele-calling existing customers for repricing
• Support ad-hoc assignments and administrative tasks

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates or Diploma holders with 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with individuals at all levels
• Self-motivated, capable of multitasking and performing well under pressure to meet deadlines
• Team player committed to delivering high-quality performance efficiently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
