Deliver large

complex infrastructure, custom development, software SaaS implementation projects , managing a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business for diverse clientsHave a firm grasp of the interdependencies between technology, operations and business needsProviding sound decision making and calm leadership to the team under the pressures of resource, budget and time constraintsEnsure on time, on budget projects by delivering predictable and reliable cost estimating, management and forecasting for portfolio of projects.

Demonstrate functional and technical acumen in supporting how solutions will address client goals while maintaining alignment with industry best practicesTake the lead in using PMO Project Management Best practices , templates, policies, tools for client projectsEnsure quality across all aspects of the projects program to deliver successfully with no major issues at go live; this includes effective management of change, risks, assumptions, issues and dependenciesAdhere to PMO Project Management

governance (policies, standards, guidelines) on successful delivery outcomes e.g.

industry compliances, delivery frameworks/playbooks, port-mortem reviews, documentationsManage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the attainment of strategic objectivesAbility to ensure continuous delivery within multiple projects for seamless operations.

Communicate with key stakeholders to obtain required data and secure stakeholders' buy-in for recommended solutions.

Work closely with all technical group to manage and coordinate resourcing of technical skills to handle project and services delivery,Work closely with Sales and Pre-Sales to progress new opportunities during deal proposal, reviews i.e.

demand analysis, demos, tenders, etc.


Qualifications:

Bachelors' degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or a technology equivalentAt least 6+ years of experience with 3 years in Infrastructure related projects and preferably 3 years in Software Development/API/Software SaaS/ETL/Data Migration related projects environmentInfrastructure hands-on setup experience (Operating system/database server/storage/backup/networking/cloud), Technology Consultant, Business Analyst, Trainer, Developer in early part of CareerPMP certification is compulsorySCRUM/Agile certification is good-to-haveDemonstrated project management experience handling multiple projects simultaneously with proven record of successful deliveryGood knowledge and experience of all stages of the project and program lifecycle, including development of business cases, mobilization of projects.

Experience in handling large Enterprise RFQ/RFP and government tender is an added advantage.

Proven ability to manage project budgets effectively and experience of financial reportingExperience in delivering infrastructure projects (data centres, cloud).Understanding of on-premises (data centres, virtualization, hyper-converge, security) and cloud ecosystems - AWS, Azure, Huawei, AlibabaUnderstanding of the infra stack i.e.

x86, Unix, storage, networks, security, desktops/laptops/devices, servers, backup solutionsExperience in delivering ITIL projects and Cloud Application Systems/Integration development Projects will be an advantageKnowledge of IT lifecycle managementKnowledge of ITSM - Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management, Patch ManagementAbility to successfully manage and coordinate project teams comprising of both technical and business teamsStrong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with ability to coordinate between technical and business teamsAble to interact with various levels of internal and external stakeholders both in written and verbal formsAbility to efficiently understand client organizations culture and business model to tailor relevant project management practiceCompany information
