About the Department:

Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.


We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world.

We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.


Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.


Responsibilities:


  • Verify and review the completeness and accuracy of loan details pertaining to credit, trade facilities and securities documents into respective systems.
  • Effect credit compliance review.
  • Effect security documentation review to ensure security perfection.
  • Effect facility management control of credit facilities.
  • Perform collateral update in CDMS.
  • Perform monitoring of effective take up, subsequent renewals and adequacy of sum insured of insurance policies.
  • Safekeeping of the security documents for collateral pledged to the Bank.
  • Participate in project endeavors undertaken by the department

Job Requirements:


  • Minimum of 3 years of Banking experience desired
  • Must be responsible, committed and diligent person. Good team player.
  • Able to work under pressure especially when deadlines are tight.
  • Able to work late to cope with increased volume and must be fast and meticulous.
  • PC skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
