- Service, Repair and Commission CNC Machining Centres, both locally and overseas.
- Service, Repair and Integration of CNC Rotary Tables and Swivel Heads, both locally and overseas.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and machine health evaluation at the customer site.
- Receive training and knowledge upgrading pertaining to machine technical know-how,either remotely in Singapore or on-site in China
- Prepare technical reports for assigned tasks (according to company templates)
- Support other department (such as R&D and Sales) technically or administratively.
QUALIFICATIONS - Candidate must possess at least NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma, preferrably in Electrical, Mechatronic, Mechanical Engineering and/or any other relevant course of study.
- Preferably with 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in Industrial Machinery or CNC Machines and/or any other related field/industry is required for this position.
OTHER INFORMATION
Skillset Requirement: - Experience with hands-on Mechanical & Electrical installation and troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge in SolidWorks
- Able to read Mechanical 2D drawings and simple hydraulic/pneumatic and electrical cicuits.
- 1-2 years experience in Machines repair and servicing, experience with CNC Machines will be a strong advantage.Personal Attributes:
