Description

Our Client is a Japanese Medical and Health Tech Startup Company. The position of Clinic Assistant/Sales Marketing Support will be responsible for supporting doctors and arranging appointments for patients.
- 【 What you will be doing 】

Secure and Schedule Appointments in the shared calendars and manage the bookings
Perform Cashiering and Administrative duties like Registration, Queue Control, and Stock-Taking
Any other adhoc duties as assigned by the Clinic Manager and Doctors

Qualifications:

Requirement:

Fluent in English in speaking, listening and writing is essential
Driven individual who can meet performance targets.
Possess a Beauty or Therapist Diploma from CIDESCO, CIBTEC, WSQ, etc will be a big advantage (not mandatory)
Digital Marketing knowledge will be a plus
