Roles & Responsibilities

Job requirement

1. Candidates with Degree in Architectural, C&S, M&E Engineering background
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Self-motivated and result-oriented with problem solving ability
4. Organised and detailed with follow-up ability
5. Minimum 2 years experience in Construction related industry
6. Relevant working experience in construction related industries a plus

Job Responsibilities

1. Assist Developer lead for assigned project
2. Assistant lead for Project Consultants (external) and RTO (internal)
3. Assist to ensure project is carried out on time, within budget and with excellent quality
4. Assist to Oversee construction activities on site and any Changes to Works
5. Assist to Check Shop Drawings to ensure design can be carried out in an effective manner
6. Assist to Liaise with relevant authorities on approvals and compliance matters
7. Assist to check Final Assessment of Contractor Monthly Progress Payments & Accounts

KPIs

1. Complete within planned schedule
2. Complete within budget
3. Complete with target construction quality score
