APAC Employer Branding Lead

This position reports into Head of Employer Branding and People Experience and is based in Singapore. Remote work option can also be considered.

What will you do


The APAC Employer Branding Lead is responsible for will lead the design, deployment, and execution of recruitment marketing strategies that enable the awareness, consideration, and acquisition of top talent required to meet business objectives across Kenvue.

This leader will need to consistently communicate an authentic employer brand through the outstanding execution of recruitment marketing, demonstrating strength in brand building, content strategies, digital marketing, social media, and data analytics.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build brand awareness and engage talent through creating, curating content and strong storytelling aligned with Consumer Health New Company's narrative, EVP framework, and business unit/functional stories
  • Continuously stay at the forefront of recruitment marketing by doing competitive analysis and implementing new and disruptive methods
  • Support defining paid media and organic media strategy
  • Align employer branding efforts to recruitment marketing efforts in a pull through of specific narratives when executing recruitment marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrate a high level of influence in order to impact change in recruitment marketing practices
  • Work with the Talent Acquisition team to drive business engagement in recruitment marketing activities when managing specific campaigns.
  • Work with recruiting leads across the region to build digital, social, and advertising strategies for key talent segments and report on strategic outcomes
  • Monitor social media and Google Analytics, measure digital traffic and report on the growth and analytics of campaigns to stakeholders

What we are looking for
Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of three 3 years of digital marketing/communications experience related to attracting talent
  • Must have the ability to work effectively in an agile environment, utilize new technologies, handle multiple projects and daily adhoc operational activities
  • Experience with online and offline marketing principles
  • Engaging target audiences via proficiency in the use of social media use (i.e., LinkedIn/job boards, etc.) and software like MS PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Excellent verbal communication, written and presentation skills and Experience in engaging and managing senior stakeholders.
  • Strong influencing skills required balanced with customer focus
  • The ability to look at challenges or objectives in new ways and use creative thinking to explore issues and solutions
  • Selfmotivated with good project management skills
  • Team orientated with a confident, open, straightforward, and collaborative style

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with Google analytics and other digital marketing reporting metrics
