    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Responsibilities

    • Explore new operation technologies and conduct feasibility studies jointly with key stakeholders for adoption.
    • Lead operation review to support the implementation of new contract models (e.g Outcome Based Contracts).
    • Support the procurement of building services to incorporate best practices and technology for enhancing service level to our tenants.
    • Drive, lead and maintain certification programs, such as ISO Audit building operations to ensure consistency with the asset objectives and compliance to safety and standards of accreditation or regulatory agencies.
    • Conduct and/or drive inspection programs to address any operational deficiencies for continuous improvement.
    • Conduct internal training on new policies and/or Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
    • Monitor and track key performance parameters to drive continuous improvement property portfolio.
    • Conduct investigation for major incidents and liaise with relevant service providers and building managers to implement rectification works to minimize recurrence.
    • Lead the Quality, Safety and Environmental policy and plans.
    • Lead Emergency Preparedness and Business Continuity Programs.
    • Provide guidance to building managers on all related operational matters.
    • Provide operational support for the properties.

    Job Requirements

    • Possess a Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) or equivalent.
    • At least 8 years of experience in facilities management at Corporate level preferred.
    • Possess sound knowledge in tenant management, building maintenance and ISO certifications.
    • Experience in implementing smart FM and facilities management system would be an added advantage.
    • Certification as an ISO Internal Auditor will be an added advantage.
    • Strong leadership, planning, communication skills and good interpersonal skills are essential.
    • Ability to manage operational issues and projects simultaneously.
    • Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
