Job Scope

Manage aftersales and service team on all technical and servicerelated activities.
Lead and motivate a trained staff to provide quality service to all customers in a timely manner.
Coordinating field work involving troubleshooting, reporting and resolution of any emergent warranty issues, liaising with HQ on the warranty claims and reports.
Technical backup to field service staff to ensure technical queries are attended and settled prompt.
Identifying training needs for service engineers/agents. Constantly train and upgrade the skill and service level of service team internal and external.
Serve as the key liaison to sales and management to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
Ensure completion of service task and submission report/expenses.
Customer relationship management
Provide timely feedback on overall market situation, competition, and new business opportunities and to recommend next steps to management.
