Purpose of this role:

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:
Perform roughing pumps preventive maintenance according to schedule, maintain and update the record documents accordingly.
Liaise with pumps supplier pertains to pumps related issue, such as leakages, warranty, repair, etc.
Coordinate and responsible for new test bay setup.
Bay setup accessories management, i.e. used Pumps, hose, clamps etc.
N2/zero air setup tubing
Coordinate and manage production Front End Assembly Room pre-filter cleaning across all Value Stream.
Perform particle count after filter cleaning across all Value Stream, update and maintain internal record.
Support on Ultrasonic cleaning activities and production instrument build whenever required.
Red tag production support
sort out the red tag parts when there is delivery from Distribution Centres
Update internal records
Coordinate the sending & receiving of parts to supplier(s) for rework
Cleaning rod set
Arrange shipment of finish goods
Participation of special project team and act as NCR coordinator.
Assist in requesting or ordering of office use items (blue bins, trolleys & racks, IT accessories, etc)
Ensure compliance of operations within area of concern with all relevant EHS regulatory requirement and SCIEX safety policies, procedures and guidelines

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Minimum NITEC in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Mechatronics preferred with 1 year of relevant work experience or 5 years relevant working experience in manufacturing environment

Good spoken and written English

Good electro-mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity and strong troubleshooting skills

Strong team skills, good communication skills and attention to detail are required
