  • Mature, hard working, amiable team player & humble personality.
  • Uphold high standard of workplace and food hygiene and care for the equipment is a must.
  • Understand bread-related knowledge and its technique.
  • Able to follow recipes or create own recipes to bake different variety of artisan breads according to the customer liking and demand.
  • Take extra baking duties when other baker is off or away for training.
  • Assisting other Bakers at all times in being a good team player and improve productivity as a whole.
