    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    We are an importer and distributor of food products from around the globe, and we represent a number of brands in Singapore. Our distribution channels include supermarkets as well as the food and beverage sector.

    Reporting to the Head of Trade Marketing, the Trade Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing marketing strategies and formulating marketing plans for the various brands in our portfolio.

    Responsibilities

    • Developing channel strategies and trade promotions at supermarkets and our other trade channels, in order to achieve our sales objectives.
    • Monitoring of competitor activities.
    • Working with our Channel Sales Managers to analyse brand performance, and identify sales gaps, and formulate close gap measures.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade promotions and other activities.
    • Working with brand principals to finalise advertising and promotion activities and budgets.
    • Monitoring advertising and promotion expenses to ensure that expenses are kept within budget.
    • Working with our Demand Planning team to improve accuracy of sales forecasts.
    • Working with the various internal stakeholders to prepare for business reviews with key customers and brand principals, including the preparation of sales analyses and the collation information on trade activities.
    • Working closely with the Channel Sales teams and Trade Marketing Operations to see through the execution of plans.

    Requirements

    • Creative thinker with a keen sense of what appeals to consumers.
    • Organised, meticulous and resourceful.
    • Strong communication skills are a must.
    • At least 2 years experience in a B2C marketing role.
    • Experience in FMCG is an advantage.
