    Roles & Responsibilities

    Assistant Manager/Manager(Wellness) Role |12-Months Contract | Renewable | Singapore

    My client is proactively engaging in investments and partnerships with local and international entities within the wellness industry, spanning healthcare, life sciences, and personal well-being.

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for exploring, assessing, and actively pursuing new investment prospects in the region aligned with our strategic objectives.
    • Support General Manager (GM) and/or Deputy General Manager (DGM) to pinpoint and capitalize on these opportunities, drafting proposals for potential partners, conducting market research, performing financial analysis within projects, and utilizing the company's extensive network and divisional expertise to facilitate these endeavours.
    • Take charge of enhancing the value and performance of affiliated companies by overseeing multiple client relationships and project teams. This involves gaining a profound understanding of the primary challenges and difficulties faced by these stakeholders and leveraging the company's extensive global network and expertise.
    • Develop and implement the department's project pipeline for the mid-term and long-term, aligning it with both the global strategy of the HQ Wellness Business Unit and the regional strategy of Mitsui Asia Pacific.

    Qualifications:

    • Holder of at least a Bachelor's Degree holder or higher.
    • Possess a minimum of 5-7 years of experience (excluding internship periods) in investment-related roles.
    • Demonstrates proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven qualities, capable of working autonomously or collaboratively within the team.
    • Shows a readiness to actively broaden expertise across various industries and business domains.
    • Exhibits willingness and capability to travel periodically within the Asia Pacific region, particularly in ASEAN countries (travel frequency: 1-2 times per quarter).
    • Displays exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Familiarity with formulating strategies and crafting business plans.
