Overview:As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of POLARIS , you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to ensure the overall success and growth of the organization. Working closely with the board of directors and executive team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's vision, mission, and long-term objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:Develop and execute the company's strategic plans in alignment with the board's vision.
   Provide visionary leadership to drive innovation and growth opportunities.

2. Financial Management:Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Requirements:

   Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.Experience in Blockchain industry is a plus.
