- Assist with managing the work permit and airport pass renewal process for staff.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information and documents.
- Communicate with staff regarding Human Capital-related policies, including but not limited to leave management, payroll, and other HC-related matters.
- Assist with managing staff roster scheduling and coverage planning.
- Minimum O level and above.
- Possess good organizing abilities and have good command of English.
- Have basic SAP knowledge and competent in MS Office Suite.
- Be familiar with HC Policies and HC-related Systems, preferably with working knowledge of TAMS, SAP and SF.
- Able to work Office hours.
