Position: Officer, Corporate Planning

Work location: West

Work Days: Monday to Friday

Work Time : 0830hrs to 1730hrs

Job Responsibilities

• Execute internal control and export control compliance activities.
• Organize annual general meeting (AGM)
• Organize CEO and group companies business policy meetings
• Organize performance review meetings, internal and external audits.
• Prepare and conducts trainings/ briefings/ presentation on corporate ethics, internal control, export control matter to employee.
• Update company homepage, intranet and company profile.
• Initiative continual improvement activities within department.

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in related field
• Preferred 2 years of experience in relevant experience
