    The opportunity:

    As a producer in our creative marketing team, you will be responsible mainly for bringing to life the highest quality creative work that is on brand and on budget. You will be working very closely with the wider creative team, marketing team, local markets across SEA and creative execution partners to bring the Sephora creative vision to life. As a producer, you are expected to manage more complex work from kick-off to delivery. As the central point of contact for all things production related, the producer establishes project plans, budgets, and contracts, tracks progress and removes obstacles for the team, and ensures that we deliver great work on strategy, on time and on budget.

    • Monitoring progress after every meeting with local markets or agencies and track bottlenecks
    • Working with Intergrated Marketing team (IM) and merch to ensure sku lists, products and KOL & brand info/materials are delivered on time for asset creation
    • Manage all communication with local markets (where necessary), agencies including meetings, email correspondence
    • Management of vendor RFP process
    • Keep track of IM and creative processes and calendars to manage project delivery, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time (E.g Idea gates/Retail Toolkit/Post production)
    • Manage large campaign creative budget allocation, contracts & negotiations
    • Reviewing current production processes and finding ways to optimise or implement new ways of working
    • Driving production efficiencies and cost savings where possible
    • Working closely with Creative Director and creative marketing leads on key priority workstreams to successfully drive those initiatives forward

    • 6+ years experience in production related roles
    • Beauty, E-commerce or Entertainment category experience are preferred.
    • Strong analytic and problem solving skills
    • Strong stakeholder management skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in fast paced environment
    • Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize workstreams
    • Hands-on and solutions-oriented
    • Proficiency in Excel & Project Management Tools such as Trello
