Description

We are looking for someone who can:
Understand the requirements based on information from internal teams, user research, and partner's feedback.
Plan and perform user interviews, usability testing, and other user research methods, whenever applicable.
Brainstorm, critique, build wireframes / prototype / visual design, and present it to the team.
Collaborate with other design team members to allow consistent and accurate communication.
Build a design system to ensure consistent visual design throughout the mobile apps.
Refine and enhance existing user experience.
Articulate design concepts and ideas to cross-functional teams and various stakeholders.
Work closely with FE developers and assist when needed.

What you need to be successful in this role:
Diploma or above in Design, or relevant field.
Passion for design and creative problem-solving.
Experience is optional. We are open to working with fresh graduates or anyone who has just started their career in Product Design.
Knowledge of design programs, like Figma, Sketch, or other relevant design tools.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate design decisions to the team.
Able to excel in a collaborative, fast-paced agile environment.
Ability to work collaboratively and respectfully with cross-functional team members.
Experience in Financial Services or Fintech is a plus.
Experience in designing mobile apps is a plus.
Experience in using After Effects is a plus.
Working familiarity and understanding of the back end and regulation in banking is a plus.
