Our client is a Global Corporate & Investment Bank with a fast-paced and collaborative culture.

This powerhouse is currently seeking an experienced Loans Agency Professional to assist on IBOR transition and other upcoming projects.

You will also take part in managing a portion of the portfolio of syndicated loans where the Bank is acting as Agent.

The Role:

Assist on IBOR transition; loan document amendments, etc.
Review and comment on finance documents: loan operation and agency provisions
Ensure satisfaction of condition precedents prior to loan drawdown or conditions subsequent
Liaise with legal counsels and other external parties in issues relating to loan agreements and related documents
Loan administration: liaise with clients and lenders for all loan drawdowns, rollovers, loan transfers etc; perform calculation, maintain all internal loan records and prepare instructions to operation

Essential Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in assisting on IBOR transition is highly regarded
Also open to strong loan administration/ loan agency experience, preferably on syndicated deals
Experience in coordinating borrower's requests and reviewing documents as Agent
Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal skills and communication
