Job Description:

Job Highlights

  • To assist Assistant Chief Engineer in operational and proper maintenance of the building structural, equipment, furnishings, mechanical plant and all facilities and physical appliances to the property
  • Able to commit for at least 6 months
  • Able to commit during weekends and PH
  • 6 dayworkweek
  • 10am to 6pm or 11am to 7pm

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Responsible for maintenance of the accommodation's facilities
  • Perform handyman works including minor repairs, installation of signs, water seepages/plumbing works, change of faulty lights etc
  • Perform building inspection and identify maintenance needs
  • Monitor contractors, suppliers and project works
  • Carry out routine daily checks and maintain proper records, report preparation in relation to work
  • Carry out inspection periodically using checklists on Building, Mechanical & Electrical systems
  • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance work
  • Any other ad hoc duties as and when directed

QUALIFICATION:


  • At least a NTC/NITEC in Electronic / Mechanical / Facilities Management

EXPERIENCE:


  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in residential / commercial / hotel facilities maintenance

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:


  • Have good anticipation, analytical skills, with problem solving
  • Ability to speak and write English
