Service Design Manager (ITAM):


An exciting opportunity has opened up for strong talents in Service Design, particularly IT Asset Management, to join a global organisation.

You will undertake a key portfolio within the service management team and influence organisational structures to maximize cost efficiency.


Responsibilities:


  • Define, develop and execute strategy and plans on service transition, configuration management, obsolescence and license management.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor and/or Masters' in Technology or relevant field
  • Strong process design and change management skills across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (SAM/HAM)
  • ITIL and Agile practitioner. Knowledgeable in ITAM risk controls, governance and standards
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Can work independently with demonstrated success in influencing change across regional stakeholders
