Description

Responsibilities:

• Properly record and file Global Policies and Procedures received for Asia Pacific Regions.
• Monitor Active Data Center Controls, maintaining the governance frameworks, policies, and procedures for data centre operations in alignment with the bank's standards and regulatory requirements.
• Providing regular checks based on the Data Center controls set, ensuring compliance with the internal policies and regulatory requirements applicable to Data Center Operations.
• Maintain and manage the tracking system for monitoring active Data Center controls to ensure timely completion set by the Operations teams and Management.
• Creation of Process Evaluation tools for reporting, adherence to procedures and SLAs for equipment placement (ITSM), equipment disposal, and accuracy of the bank's equipment system of record (Nlyte)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, and/or engineering field
• Proven experience in working as a data center engineer in large skill enterprise.
• Good understanding of data center technologies as well as network and computing technologies
• Familiar with data center management tools and software
• Excellence problem solving, analytical skills and ability work effectively under pressure in highly regulated environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability collaborate effectively with partner teams and vendors
