You will be monitoring and maintaining efficient cash flow management to ensure smooth business operations.
You will work closely with related departments and oversee daily cash operations, distribute cash balances, forecast budgets for departments, and actively seek ways to streamline cashflow processes.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Prepare yearly budget forecast and monthly budget allocation
- Review budget requests
- Present monthly budget review (actual vs budget) and cashflow analysis to the accounting team
- Daily cash position report
- Ensure liquidity in all bank accounts to support business operations
- Maintain cash receipt records
- Manage company inventory records
- Actively seek any costsaving and profitmaximizing opportunities to optimize cash flow
- Invoice partners monthly and follow up with aged receivables
- Generate purchase orders and manage payment schedules to suppliers/providers
- Manage reimbursement schedule
- Manage payroll and overtime schedule
Must-have:
- Good communication skills, written and verbal English proficiency
- Detailoriented, analytical skills, and problemsolving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and tight deadlines
- Microsoft Office (primarily Excel) proficiency
Good to have:
- Knowledge of accounting software (Xero).
- Prior work experience in telecommunications.
- Knowledge of eSIM and GSMArelated technologies and services.
