Description
Roles & Responsibilities- Report to Project Director and Project Manager on site matters and progress of work
- Able to lead a team of foreign workers
- Identifying and resolving workplace problems with all the main contractors, subcontractors & suppliers
- Ensure compliance of WSH Regulation & Safety Procedures and maintain good housekeeping
- Monitor, coordinate, and keep track of the site work progress to ensure quality and efficient manner
- Supervise & coordinate the activities at project site.
- Control and maintain the safe and smooth progress of work.
- Handle project documentation, monitoring of site activities, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and schedule of works;
- Supervise site progress which includes attending site meeting and discussion;
- Undertake any adhoc project assignments as and when assigned.
