- Responsible for should costing and design to cost analysis for New Product Introduction (NPI).
- Has to be involved in cost reduction product throughout the life cycle of the product.
- Recommend improvements to cost competitiveness,
- Optimize processes and identify cost opportunities,
- Prepare input for cost plan projections
- Drive DFX (Manufacturing, Assembly, Test, Inspect, Lean) activities
- interface with, design team, program management and suppliersQUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering
- Minimum 3 years working experience in manufacturing industry. Working with manufactruing cost related activities.OTHER INFORMATIONSkillset(s) Requirement:
- Knowledge of fabrication processes and cost drivers.
