Job Summary


The Solution Implementation Specialist is responsible for the comprehensive and successful deployment, training, and ongoing support of our mobility solutions to clients.


This role requires an individual with a strong technical background, excellent client-facing skills, and a passion for improving patient outcomes through innovative technology.


Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Lead and manage endtoend project delivery, ensuring timely completion, project health, and delivery to client satisfaction.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop fullscale project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resources.
  • Conduct system demonstrations, coordinate presite visit deliverables, ensuring all requirements are met.

Implementation Oversight

  • Guide clients through the implementation process, ensuring that they are fully equipped and trained on our mobility solutions.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure hardware, software, and network prerequisites are met.
  • Troubleshoot and address any challenges or issues that arise during the implementation phase.
  • Provide detailed patient/clinician demonstrations and execute enduser training sessions and support during golive events.
  • Work with clients to modify education pathways, select Patient-Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs), and decide exercise routine timings.
  • Customize protocols for every procedure, considering education, PROMs, and exercise routines.
  • Establish client system users and grant necessary access permissions, conduct audit and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system functionality.

Stakeholder Communication

  • Maintain regular communication with clients, updating them on project status, milestones, and any potential issues.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and support, ensuring alignment and smooth handoffs.
  • Gather feedback from clients postimplementation to understand areas of improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest in mobility trends and technologies to suggest updates and improvements to our solution

Expected Areas of Competence (i.e. KSAs)

  • Analytical and logical thinking with attention to details and the ability to constructively questioning underlying assumptions and business rationales. However at the same time being flexible and confident enough to provide high level estimates and projections.
  • Result orientated with the ability to persistently drive internal processes, promote factbased decision making, and improve the quality of the data provided.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to motivate and engage counterparts and realign diverting opinions and needs.
  • Highly motivated with a demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Ability to utilize a desktop software tool
  • Technical/Medical writing proficiency understands orthopedic and general medical terms and their usage.
  • Fluency in statistics, financial modeling, Excel and PowerPoint required

Education/ Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., IT, Business Management, Engineering).
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in med tech or related sectors.
  • Certifications in PMP or PRINCE2 are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of mobility technologies and solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Problemsolving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
