Administrative Officer, Revenue Ops, Fare System


Job Purpose

  • The Administrative Officer in Revenue Operation shall perform station revenue reconciliation, card ticketing operations and PTC fare evasion administration functions. The role is expected to provide operational reporting and updates of the functions to Manager, Revenue Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that manual payment or wavier in the PSM Manual record are supported with the following:
  • 1. Payment in lieu of cash for top up to be supported by TUK or GTM value not encoded receipt.
  • Refund based on Refund Letter.
  • Refund based on TUK and GTM receipt.
  • Perform shiftend cash reconciliations for stations assigned.
  • Perform card sales reconciliations for stations assigned; and ensuring that opening and closing balances are correct.
  • To summarize station "valuenot added" and reconcile to TransitLink for reimbursement.
  • Reconcile the Penalty Fees collected by station staff and report status to the Manager incharge of liaison with PTC/LTA.
  • Raise cash or card discrepancies to the supervisor to followup with station staff or Cash Handling Contractor.
  • Generate monthly PSM statistics for Finance Department.
  • Any jobrelated duties which are assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications & Work Experience

  • GCE 'A' level / Diploma
  • Experience in cash reconciliation or financial accounting

Skills and Competencies

  • Technical skills include:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
  • Good with numbers and basic understanding of financial accounting processes
  • IT savvy with enterprise systems and digital systems
  • Generic skills include:
  • Excellent multitasking skills

  • Good timemanagement skills
  • Meticulous and able to work under stress and tight deadlines
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
