MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:


  • Set up workstation with all the needed ingredients and cooking equipment.
  • Taking care of daily production and other duties assigned by Chef and Sous Chefs to meet the standards of the restaurant.
  • Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily production.
  • Adhere to recipes and have full knowledge of all menus items of the station in charge.
  • Responsible for good Food Hygiene and Sanitation.
  • Responsible for correct use of the equipment.
  • Control wastage and be sensitive on food cost.
  • Ensure proper storage and check quality of ingredients.
  • Communicate with all team members and other departments maintaining a friendly and great environment.
  • Ensure a great hospitality experience for all our guests.
  • Meet daily with sous chefs and chef for events, upcoming and last minute change.
