Description
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:
- Set up workstation with all the needed ingredients and cooking equipment.
- Taking care of daily production and other duties assigned by Chef and Sous Chefs to meet the standards of the restaurant.
- Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily production.
- Adhere to recipes and have full knowledge of all menus items of the station in charge.
- Responsible for good Food Hygiene and Sanitation.
- Responsible for correct use of the equipment.
- Control wastage and be sensitive on food cost.
- Ensure proper storage and check quality of ingredients.
- Communicate with all team members and other departments maintaining a friendly and great environment.
- Ensure a great hospitality experience for all our guests.
- Meet daily with sous chefs and chef for events, upcoming and last minute change.
