_What you'll do _

Leading the Core Cybersecurity Technical Team

Define, manage and execute against the product and project roadmap
Write highquality code and scripts to achieve product roadmap and integration between components
Work with the product owner to prioritize development and ensure that highquality product is shipped on time
Lead the technical team to support development on Backend, Frontend, DevOps, and Embedded
Resolve issues faced by the team and support related activities
Play a key role in defining the architecture and engineering guidelines for the development team, and driving engineering practices based on these guidelines

Technical Operations

Manage the technical infrastructure of the company
Building faulttolerant architecture for the product and associated infrastructure
Drive adoption of the common framework and champion the cause of reuse across various product features

Technical Market Research

Conduct market research to guide product strategy and identify opportunities for new products and use cases
Design and development of customerfriendly solution
Execute product launches and gotomarket by working with marketing to produce compelling content and sales enablement assets
Evangelize product and drive customer adoption

_Who you are _

You have a Degree in Computing / Computer Science / Engineering or a related domain from a reputed University
You have over 3 years of experience in managing a technical team of software developers
You have over 6 years of experience in writing codes and building infrastructure
You have a proven track record of working with cloudbased systems including AWS, Azure, etc. and with onprem server management
You are experienced in Python, Linux Shell, DevSecOps & Gitlab CI/CD
You are experienced in OpenSSL, TLS, PKI, and related cybersecurity technologies
You have a proven track record of building solution architecture
Experienced in Agile Scrum development methodology
Domain expertise in Network/Device Security and Intrusion detection is highly desirable
Ability to translate complex topics such as cryptography and machine learning into easytounderstand value props
Excellent problemsolving skills
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced startup environment
Excellent verbal communication and writing skills required
Drive, selfmotivation, and a desire to excel
Product management experience with a B2B product a plus
