Overview:

As a Sales Administrator you will support the Business Development team with co-ordination of a range of administrative tasks throughout the pre and post sales cycle.

Responsibilities:


  • Assisting in the creation of sales presentations and proposals
  • Managing the CRM to ensure all opportunities are appropriately accurate in the pipeline
  • Act as the first point of contact for inbound enquiries
  • Supporting the marketing team with events
  • Staying up to date and actively researching new products and features

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support Agent
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (focus on Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • High attention to detail
