Description

• Lead a team of plumbing technicians and installers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
• Oversee plumbing installation and repair projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines are met, and work is executed to the satisfaction of clients.
• Possess a deep understanding of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations. Provide technical assistance to the team and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure all plumbing installations and repairs meet industry standards and comply with relevant codes.
• Manage inventory levels of plumbing materials and tools. Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of required items for ongoing projects.
• Interface with clients to understand project requirements, provide updates on project progress, and address any concerns or issues promptly.
• Enforce safety protocols and guidelines, conducting regular safety meetings, and ensuring all team members adhere to safety standards.
• Identify training needs for team members, conduct training sessions, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

• Experience: Preferrable 2 years of proven experience in plumbing, with at least 1 in a supervisory or leadership role. Fresh grads are welcome to apply.
• Technical Knowledge: Indepth understanding of plumbing systems, codes, and installation/repair techniques. Relevant certifications or licenses are a plus.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management abilities with a focus on team development, performance management, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Proven ability to identify and resolve plumbingrelated issues efficiently
